Im in sapa for the second time. We spend one night there on the tour. The hotel reception is pleasant and the location is good. However, the wifi connection is poor. Breakfast is basic. It always rains in the restaurant, so they prepare the umblelar in each room as well.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was adequate, it was in a good position, but the towel in the room smelled even though it had just been washed, there was hair everywhere in our room, on the bed, the bathroom floor, even on top of the washbasin, not mine.

The location is in front of the lake. In the center of town, walking to the church takes about 5 minutes. The room is spacious, clean, and fully equipped.

Last week we stayed at this hotel. I would recommend this place to you all. The staff is very nice and the location is good. Beds and rooms are very good value for money. Will be back to this motel in the near future.

This is a better 3-4 star hotel with friendly staff and free wifi. They loaned us an umbrella for rain protection. I will come back.

Extremely rushed. Very low level of service, staff will happily collect part empty bottles at the end of the meal and refill them for use later.
