⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Service – Truly Memorable Stay We had an excellent experience, made even better by the outstanding staff. Anna was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. We reached early after returning from Sapa, and she assisted us with an early check-in smoothly and professionally. It took a lot of stress off our shoulders, and we truly appreciated her efficiency and warm hospitality. Trang made our breakfast such a pleasant start to the day. She was the waitress at our table and went above and beyond to make sure our son was well taken care of—constantly checking if he had eaten, bringing food, fruits, and even some crispy chips just for him. Her thoughtfulness and genuine care made us feel very welcomed. Fiona was friendly, attentive, and carried herself with a warm professionalism throughout our stay. She ensured everything was in order and made us feel valued as guests. Overall, a fantastic team that truly prioritizes guest comfort. Thank you for making our stay memorable. We’ll definitely be back. ✅

I would strongly advise staying here. I made a reservation for a room based on the cost and location. It ended up being the wisest decision. The hotel was close to every tourist destination. The personnel was outstanding. They assisted us in planning our trip and went above and beyond.

The experience at scent premium hotel is truly exceptional. I was greeted by a friendly and enthusiastic front desk staff who assisted us with the checkin process. The staff went above and beyond to assist us in making the checkin process as quick and seamless as possible, even offering us refreshing drinks in the meantime. Their breakfast buffet menu offers a variety of gourmet delights, catering to all tastes, including vegetarian options. Additionally, the staff members were extremely passionate, constantly asking and ensuring that all the guests were taken care of. I also had the opportunity to visit the recently opened sky bar with my family, which offered an unobstructed view of the nearby lake. It was a peaceful and serene experience in contrast to the bustling and bustling streets nearby. A special thank you to julian, mr. Tam, and steve, who all went above and beyond to make this trip unforgettable!.

I want to say that i will stay at the scent premium hotel and will recommend it to my friends. This is a very nice hotel. You can ask anything you want to know at the front desk. From what to eat to what to see and what to do when visiting vietnam. The staff was great. In particular, julia. She is friendly and lovely. If you want to book a tour, please talk to ms. Jasmine. She will suggest and book tours for you. Aside from that, i want to say something special, which is the sky bar on the 10th floor of the hotel. Drinks and food are very delicious. Its great if you enjoy a cocktail and sightseeing the view of hoan kiem lake.

Scent premium hotel and scent sky bar are highly recommended. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive, always willing to answer your questions and recommend many attractions. You can explore the city on foot thanks to its excellent location in the heart of the old quarter. Additionally, the best sky bar ive ever visited in haNoi has delicious food and great drinks, which is a great choice if you want to enjoy a panoramic view of the city.

This is my first time in hanoi and i had a great experience at scent premium. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, ready to answer all my questions and help me a lot during my first time in hanoi. First of all, the location is excellent, its close to hoan Kiem lake, most urban attractions are within walking distance, and there are many restaurants in the area. After a 13hour flight, the hotel staff gave us a very warm welcome with coffee, the best we had in a hotel in vietnam, fruits, and detailed information about restaurants and excursions. Breakfast was of high quality with fresh fruit, juice, and omelet. The staff was very professional and friendly. The location on hoan kim lake on a quiet side street is great for visiting the old and french quarters. Thank you to the scent premium hotel team for the perfect stay.
