My favorite hostel in hanoi without a doubt! The rooftop bar is lovely and immaculate! Its amazing that i got a tattoo here, and you helped me by providing me with some Vaseline because i didnt have any. She was really helpful! Excellent breakfast and a fantastic setting.

I had a wonderful stay at this hostel! The place was clean, cozy, and in a perfect location, but what truly stood out was the amazing staff, especially the lovely lady named iris. She was very helpful during my stay, always smiling and ready to help anyone who needed help. I noticed she really enjoys helping people and creating a friendly atmosphere for everyone. Thank you, iris, for making my experience even better! I highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting and if you meet iris, you are in good hands.

Mariana provided fantastic recommendations for local cuisine and activities. Excellent location to use as a base for so day trips. They have a tattoo studio inside, tour bookings, transportation, and a restaurant. The level of service is excellent. You can leave your luggage before or after checking out for free!.

Kami sangat senang menginap di The One Hostel. Akomodasi yang luar biasa dengan fasilitas yang luar biasa seperti kolam renang, bar di puncak gedung, teras luar ruangan, bar, dan banyak lagi. I had a great time at this hostel. The rooms were very clean and the food and drinks were delicious. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. A big thank you to izzy, bryce, and uncle hugh, the guy from alabama, and all the bar, restaurant, and reception staff whose names i cant remember. Happy staff makes a difference.

Saya menginap di hostel Hanoi dan mendapatkan pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan. Tempat tidur dan kamarnya sangat nyaman dan luas. Kuncinya sangat bagus karena bisa dipakai sehingga tidak pernah hilang. Pelayanannya luar biasa dan stafnya ramah. Hostelnya juga sangat nyaman dan ramah, saya rekomendasikan sebagai salah satu yang terbaik. Terutama Irish Dale, salah satu petugas hostel, sangat membantu. Suatu hari saya merasa sangat sakit. Dia membantu saya pulih dan memenuhi kebutuhan saya. Dia tahu persis apa yang harus saya lakukan untuk membuat diri saya lebih baik karena kondisi kesehatan saya yang parah. Dia sangat baik dan sabar, menenangkan saya dan membantu saya rileks. I participated in the hostels pub crawl, and it was a lot of fun to meet new people. Despite not staying at the hostel, i didnt have any trouble finding a place to just chat and engage in activities. Everyone was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and easy to engage in games with. However, as we began with the pub crawl, a lot of other people suddenly joined us, making it feel crowded and disorganized, especially when we visited a fairly small pub. This is not at all the hostel or the staffs fault, its just a challenge that may occur during a pub crawl. Nevertheless, i did enjoy the pub crawl!.

I wholeheartedly recommend staying here! Cant wait to return! I am obsessed with this hostel! Its a stunning location with plenty of entertainment and a friendly atmosphere. The atmosphere made it so simple to meet people and have fun. The staff was outstanding, especially irish and kristin aka lucas. They genuinely went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and ensured we were always having fun.

I highly recommend this place. This is the best hostel ive ever stayed in and it offers great value for the money. You get wristbands instead of a key for easy access and lock of lockers and bedroom doors. Beds have stairs so you dont have to worry about annoying ladders! Free breakfast but you have to pay for drinks. Great location. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Hostel bersih dengan staf yang luar biasa. Bahasa Irlandia sangat menyenangkan dan sangat mudah diakses jika Anda membutuhkan bantuan atau saran.
