Travel Regulation Overview:

Status

Partially Open.

Vaccination Certificate

Fully vaccinated at least 14 days before departure.

Insurance

Health insurance that covers COVID-19 treatment costs.
Required Documents & Application
  • Complete the Entry Statement.

  • Install the Green Passport Israel application.

Entry Restrictions

 

  • Israel's borders are currently open for vaccinated arrivals. 

Additional Entry Requirements

  • Passengers must have health insurance to cover COVID-19 expenses. This does not apply to:

    • nationals of Israel;

    • residents of Israel with an A1-A5 or B1 visa;

    • passengers who have started their journey in Ukraine.

  • Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the past 7 days must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 3 x 24 hours before departure. This does not apply to:
    • nationals and permanent residents of Israel;

    • passengers with an A5 visa issued by Israel;

    • spouses and children younger than 18 years of nationals and permanent residents of Israel;

    • passengers who have only transited through China (People's Rep.) for < 12 hours.

Vaccination

  • Have a complete COVID-19 vaccination certificate.

    • Passengers who are fully vaccinated with Sputnik V or Sputnik Light will undergo a COVID-19 serological test upon arrival.

 

COVID-19 Test

 

  • Passengers are not required to take a COVID-19 test upon entry to Israel. More info.

 

Required Documents & Application

  • Complete the "Entry Statement" during the 10 days prior to your flight to Israel.

  • Install the Green Passport Israel application.

 

Insurance

  • Passengers are required to have health insurance that covers COVID-19 treatment costs.

Quarantine Policy

 

  • Travelers arriving from Indonesia will be required to undergo quarantine for 24 hours or until they receive a negative result on a PCR test taken when entering Israel. More info.
