Lahat Station is a large train station located in Jl. Mayor Ruslan. As the biggest train station in the regency, ten different rail lanes are present at this station. The station also hosts a depot for train repairs. Both passenger and cargo trains pass through this region, with the latter carrying fuel and the former taking passengers either to Lubuk Linggau or Palembang. Hotels and restaurants can be found close to the station or in the city, making it easy to find a place to stay or eat before your journey.
