Salem Station

Also known as Gemolong Station, Salem Station is a small train station located at Jl. Raya Solo-Purwodadi. The station was originally established in 1970 to support the Gundih to Solo train route. Today, it serves the Joglosemarkerto and Banyubiru agglomeration routes that connect the region to the two cities mentioned above. It is also close to a Trans Jateng bus station, where buses following the Subosukawonosraten route between Tirtonadi and Sumberlawang usually stop. Facilities are fairly standard, with a ticketing counter, a small waiting area, and toilets.
