We found Capri Waters to be very clean and comfortable and well appointed for the price with great amenities. It was unfortunate that we struck a period where the Authorities had drained the lake to deal with the Egeria weed issue however that is totally understandable too. We would happily recommend this property and will be looking forward to our next stay.

The stay was amazing. The room was huge, clean and had everything we need. The view from our room was awesome. We even saw turtles and fish in the lagoon from our balcony. The best thing about Capri Waters are your staff. Wow we cannot thank you enough for the fantastic, helpful caring service we recieved whilst staying here. We will be frequent visitors.

Great location. Walking distance to everthing required. Beautiful views over lake from lovely sunny balcony. Excellent clean outdoor facilities for ypung and old. Huge fully equipped modern units. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet relaxing getaway.

Only had a short stay of 2 days.. very spacious apartment with view of lake.. only downer was road noise early morning. However relocated to second bedroom away from road second night and no problems with noise. Lots of guests there at time and had no problems with them!! Will go back definitely!!

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Close to everything. Pool, Mini golf, tennis, canoeing - and that's just at the resort !

Stayed in one of the 2 bedroom apartments and it was extremely comfortable. Great that it was self-contained so we could prepare our own breakfasts. Plenty of room for all to sit comfortably and the balcony was lovely in the afternoon which sipping on some bubbles.

Great location on Lake Mulwala. Excellent dining out options (the seafood platter at the Yarrawonga Hotel is a must) and numerous coffee shops. General shopping is also very good. A great base for heaps of touristy things to see and do in the North East, especially the wineries in Rutherglen and the King Valley, and learning about the history of the region.

Could leave the car there and easily walk into Yarrawonga. Very comfortable and roomy accomodation for the 5 of us. Kids loved all the activities on site.

We had a wonderful week holiday. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. Our only complaint is that my wife who was sleeping in the maim bedroom,was awakened during the night with a noise outside her window she was very scared. It seems someone was painting the stairs leading up to the next floor, we feel that it would nice if we had been told this was going to happen!

Absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable and most tastefully decorated down to every detail from the cushions, to the art works. The view on entering was stunning and the rooms most commodious with everything you could wish for. It was relaxing, the beds super comfy and I only wished we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this to families and couples alike. Couldn't fault it. Definitely would come again. Very good value for money. It was an easy stroll into Yarrawonga and close to everything.
