Very nice place to stay, very clean. 2 minutes to the metro station and 15 minutes to the city center. Parking nearby with a reservation from the host beforehand. Everything was good.

The location was fantastic, a standard, clean room with a kitchen and everything you need to cook, and a large bathroom. Parking is included in the price. The metro station is a 3minute walk away. The entire neighborhood is new and quiet. It takes 15-20 minutes by subway to get to the city center, but that shouldnt be an issue because the train arrives every 5 minutes. My advice is to check if the ubahn line u 2 is functioning properly before making a reservation. We had no issues, but it crossed my mind that if there was a train problem, it would be difficult to reach. There is a grocery store nearby with everything you need. I would like to give special thanks for the fast response to messages, the very kind and helpful staff.

In general, im very happy! Comfortable, spotless apartments in a newly constructed area of town. A 30minute metro ride will get you to the city center, but its a little bit distant from the metro.

Excellent location, close to a metro station. Within 20 minutes to the city center. Near the building, there is free parking. Hofer, Spar, and other supermarkets are nearby. The apartment is tidy and equipped with all the necessities. In need, the reception is located in the same building at a different entrance. Polite staff.

The apartments in new city district are ideal. Nearby shops and restaurants. There is a metro station two minutes walk away, and parking is included. Excellent location, very calm and friendly. Kitchen and studio fully equipped. Everything you need.

A compact, cozy apartment. Excellent bathroom with a great shower. Hot water right away. The correct entrance is not so easy to spot in the dark, so i had to ask customer service, who were fortunately still open! Once you knew the system, it was simple to get there. Close to the Spar supermarket and the u-Bahn. Despite a maximum of 30 minutes of travel, it is quite simple to get to the center of vienna. A couple of excellent eateries are accessible on foot. Excellent customer service they went above and beyond for you. Extremely helpful and welcoming. We had a mattress issue and my husband had to sleep on the sofa, so if it hadnt been for this bed issue, we would have given the apartment five stars! The very efficient and caring customer service was swift to help resolve the issue. You must contact customer service if you want to use the sauna and fitness room. Would undoubtedly return if it was nice to escape the busy metropolis of vienna and unwind in a peaceful area, knowing that the friendly staff at customer service would be there to assist with any issues!.

When we arrive in rausia, we will most certainly stay at this hotel again. Fantastic experience! Everything was flawless! The apartment was conveniently located near the metro station, had excellent amenities, and was immaculate. The subterranean parking was a huge plus.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything went smoothly, the staff is courteous and helpful, and the apartment is tidy and wellequipped. The location is excellent, its close to a metro station and a few grocery stores (Spar, holler). A major benefit is the addition of a garage.

4.6/515 Jan 2024

4.6/514 Jan 2024

Kamarnya luas dan bersih (No.3).
