Cute little studio condo on 8th floor. Close to the Keg Mansion which we walked to and Allan Gardens. Bed was comfortable and many items appeared updated. Would stay again!

Apartment clean, furniture condition is very good, prime location. Waiting time for the elevator the only issue we faced couple of times. I strongly recommend this apartment for short stay at Toronto.

My family booked a two bed, two bath apartment style room for our stay in Toronto. The accommodation were as expected. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Part of why we booked this particular room was for the city view and it did not disapoint. The 30th floor did offer plenty of city skyline. There is a lot of options for places to eat and things to do well with in walking distance which is nice and also plenty of things just a short drive away. We parked in the parking garage and ended up with a ticket from the city on the windshield of our car on the second morning there. When we checked in we were not told we needed to pay parking for the garage ahead of time. We decided to park in the public lot accros the streat. It ended up being cheaper than the garage. The washer and dryer is a nice amenity, but the dryer does not dry well. We ended up hanging clothes up in the closet to finish drying while we went out. But that was not a huge problem for us. The fire alarm went off at 3AM scaring us all half to death. After about 10 minutes an announcement was made, but it was not in English so we have no idea what was said. We decided to head downstairs. We met several other people on the elevator and had a good chat with them. As soon as we got to the ground floor it was announced that it was a false alarm and back up we went. All in all it served our purpose and was a pleasant stay.

It would have been nice to have a card or something inside the condo with the Wifi password. Spent 3 nights with no wifi. Tried calling the booking agent and got no response. The unit was mostly clean. The bedding and towels were clean but everything else only had a wipe down. The flooring was falling apart and it looked like they had started to paint but that was it. Other than that the location was good. Easy to walk everywhere with no issues.

Address on Expedia was incorrect. The address was for an abandoned building. We were unable to stay there. They made us prepay and would not refund. Found out later they use a complicated registration system with a lock box but the email with that information and phone number had gone into junk folder. Be aware if this if you decide to book.

Total Scam, Don't Stay Here, Seriously.. When we checked in at 10:48pm the first night we immediately noticed the AC was not working, it was +26 in the room. We reached out to the support WhatsApp number (as there is no front desk) and they said sorry for the discomfort. We asked for another room and they said they didn't have any despite proving to them we saw availability online. Not even a fan. The next day it was +28 in the room. We reached out for help but they wouldn't respond, so we contacted hotels.com for help. Once hotels.com reached out to them they finally responded to our messages and said they would send someone to help. Someone came after 3pm and wrote a note that the AC doesn't work and they would need to call a tech...DUH!...By text they told me it was fixed. I showed them a picture of the note, and a picture of the temp showing it was not fixed. At 6:31pm on the second day they finally said we could check out and they would issue a full refund for both nights. So we checked out and got another hotel with working AC. I never received the refund, so when I inquired when I would be receiving it they wouldn't respond to me. So I reached out to hotels.com and they got ahold of them. Then they finally messaged me back only to say "No refund will be issued as the stay continued after the AC issue was reported" What!? FYI - temperatures between 26° C and 31° C is considered dangerous temperatures especially for pregnant women. They didn't care.....
