The location was very convenient; it was walking distance to Billy Bishop and to all of the venues that we were attending. The full kitchen was convenient as well.

Tout était impeccable; petit problème de clé à l'arrivée qui a été réglé très rapidement car l'hôte répond efficacement; un excellent séjour avec tout le nécessaire pour se faire des petits repas; location parfaite nous avons pu faire la majorité de nos sorties à pied. À distance à pied du Billy Bishop Airport, parfait pour nous qui voyageons en sac à dos.

The description is wrong. The Palmerston Luxe Hotel in the hotels.com description does not exist. It’s not searchable in Uber or Apple Maps. The address in the hotels.com description is another part of town entirely. We went to the address in the listing after a day of traveling, arrived after midnight, and stood outside in the rain in a sketchy part of town while trying to find the proper location. Feedback form to ‘hosts’ the next day went unanswered. Door handle to the patio literally fell off when opened the first time. And this is a shame because the room itself was nice and an absolutely perfect location for the World Cup. We enjoyed our stay but misleading listing led to a lot of frustration upon arrival.

Rooms were clean and ample space but the unit was in a different area than listed . As well, the AC in the unit did not work for our entire stay and despite numerous attempts to repair the problem, sleeping was uncomfortable and it was hot throughout the stay.

This is not a hotel and should not be advertised as one!!!! It’s more like a short-let and should be advertised as such. Parking is paid and wasn’t mentioned. The parking was also impossible to find and the directions given were not helpful at all.

I don’t recommend anyone to stay here! This place is old dirty and the remote battery died which caused us to get stuck every time we would go in and out. Even dialling the code upfront half of the time they did not answer! The ac would not turn off and it was freezing in the room got my toddler sick! The toilet in one of the bathrooms barely flushes! The bed is so uncomfortable! They really need to spend the money and update this place and CHANGE THE REMOTE! Never will we come back and I don’t recommend anyone to stay here!!!

我非常不推介這家，雖然佢個名係hotel, 實際上係一個service apartment. 佢地址寫Queen Street West, 但佢無提過原來呢個唔係你住的地方，只係a series of listing, 然後send個email比個唔關事的Dan Leckie Way地址你，要你影護照，比deposit。Queen Street West 個地址無門，個call staff button 勁細聲，個staff 淨係話你無reservation就打發你走。攞住極重飛左勁耐先到的我唯有book另一間酒店, 費事係條街度用Expedia同佢討論。第二日終於千辛萬苦搵到棟住宅大廈，間房無鎖，攞左放係tray的鎖匙，諗住放低d野出返去玩，點知落一落樓下接返泊車的uncle返來個鎖壞左開唔到！！！！真係從未遇過d咁 ridiculous 的事！！！好在auntie有當地電話，打左好耐終於有人聽。一開始仲要質疑我唔識開鎖，大佬呀，開鎖有幾多種方法呀。佢話remote 開左個鎖，聽到聲，但都係開唔到。又話staff放左工，叫我拍開唔到鎖的video send比佢。係我再三堅持之下佢終於搵左個staff來。staff 試左勁耐打左勁耐電話都開唔到。叫我落去lobby坐低等，佢搵開鎖佬。我唔知最後佢係點點開左個鎖，我好擔心個鎖再壞，叫佢幫我換房，staff話佢同左個同事講，佢同事會打返比我auntie，咁結果當然係無打啦。加埋前一日個地址係錯的，白白浪費左大半日。真係去過全世界咁多地方，住過咁多的酒店，未試過有咁差的experience。重點係佢唔平！地址除左可以搭電車去BMO field, 搭唔到都要行三個站先到，真係乏善足陳。仲要塊鏡爛左用膠紙貼住如果去BMO, 奉勸大家千祈唔好揀呢間so called hotel，位置服務Hotel X 好一千倍。之後send email比佢投訴，佢話個cleaner話個鎖無事！！！！我除左ridiculous, outrageous, 同speechless真係唔知點樣形容佢地。

Friendly host, however the place isn’t as clean, the microwave was trash, didn’t work not once, the bed is very small, the place doesn’t smell as great and the check in process is too long and complicated, this place also looked like an apartment and not necessary a hotel/ bnb, I won’t book this again and I won’t recommend

The apartment was dirty and smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. There were cigarettes that were smoked left on the porch. This place was so dirty. They say it’s two rooms. But one room is literally a cell. Even the door looks like a cell door. There is absolutely no windows in the room, so I have no idea how that is safe. The beds, well can’t even call them beds. It was mattress topper on top of a wooden frame. It was so uncomfortable I cried how badly my body hurt. There were stains on the pillows, laundry still left in the washer. They control the ac, I put it on 68 and they put it at 73. We were sweating. The bathroom was dirty. The toilet didn’t look like it was touched. We spent most of our time outside because we felt dirty just sitting in the apartment. The first day I reached out, sent pictures of proof. Nothing was done. Nothing was cleaned. They did nothing but said leave the keys on the table at check out. I reached out to Expedia to try to get a partial refund, because I paid a lot of money to be in such a dirty apartment. Of course the place denied it even though they stated I did report it. Like come on. Do better. The only positive thing about this apartment… it’s the location. That’s it. Please don’t waste your money here. Trust me your body will thank you for it. Oh the cherry on top, sleeps 6 people but we have 4 pillows. Which 2 were stained. Horrible. You get a 1 star because I couldn’t give you 0 stars. How rude to not even say my apologies. Nothing.
