Our first time at The Waring House. We stayed in the Quaker Lodge. A beautiful room and location. Quiet and spacious. The food in the pub was super and the staff were friendly. Great breakfast, but the potatoes were a little too spicy for breakfast. Will definitely be back again.

Beautiful property but the rooms are tired. They really need new carpets, painting and maybe some newer furniture. That said, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the grounds are beautiful, the restaurant is good and the service is friendly.

Our room had a great balcony with muskoka chairs to sit on. Breakfast was a great and off the menu. Staff were friendly. Nice property and close driving distance to most things you would want to do.

We had a lovely stay at The Waring House. The room was large and nicely decorated with a separate sitting area. There was even a little patio outside that we never had a chance to use. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff we spoke with were all friendly and helpful. We watched the soccer game at the pub onsite and enjoyed some drinks and bruschetta. Breakfast was delicious, there were a lot of options offered.

We were looking to spend a couple of days away from medical appointments and other responsibilities, just relaxing. We found this property to be quite affordable, in particular, compared to others of that quality. We found ourselves in a very spacious, clean room within a compound with many lodgings and amenities. The grounds were spectacular. The breakfast was not only included, but was varied and generous. Every building had its own character, as I'm sure every room did, as well! My wife and I could not have been better off, and we both highly recommend this property. It won't disappoint!

Really great hotel - would DEFINITELY stay here again. The rooms were excellent and I like how there were several different locations to stay at. The pub/restaurant was amazing - we ate their BOTH nights we stayed at the hotel. The breakfast was also fantastic, made to order and not just a regular same old buffet.

The room was large and comfortable. The balcony had a lovely view and the breakfast was delicious and in a spot where we could see hummingbirds come to the feeders.

Just an overnight stay but it was wonderful. Large room, nice balcony, great comfy bed, dinner at the pub. Breakfast (complementary) were wonderful. Beautiful property. Very quiet. Will definitely be back. Would appreciate better coffee in room and because it was a large balcony maybe a table.

They were so helpful in getting our electric car access to their area for charging. Made our romantic time away perfect.

Especially impressed with the breakfast included. Options were made to order, fresh and delicious. Definitely NOT the average/basic breakfast you usually get when it says “breakfast included”.

The hotel is actually a complex of buildings on a large “campus” and delightful. My room was in one of the main buildings and was very spacious and pleasant. One thing prospective guests should note is that there is no elevator in the two story buildings so, if you have difficulty with stairs, ask for a room on the ground floor.
