1. The room is equipped with a smart door lock. The house manager will send you the access code on your check-in day.
2. To ensure your safety and that of others, you must strictly comply with the registration policy. Each guest must be registered accordingly, including any visitors.
3. Housekeeping: The apartment will be cleaned once after each stay. If you require additional cleaning, please contact the house manager in advance.
4. If you use tableware or cookware, kindly rinse them briefly and place them in the sink to facilitate our subsequent cleaning.
5. Any illegal activities, including pornography, drugs, or gambling, are strictly prohibited. Any unlawful or suspicious behavior will be reported to the local police.
6. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Please take care of all facilities and items. When leaving the apartment, kindly turn off the lights, air conditioning, and TV to save energy.
7. Parties, gatherings, birthday celebrations, and any filming or photography activities are not permitted.
8. Upon check-out, please take all your personal belongings with you. We are not responsible for any items left behind.
