Untuk tempat oke bgt, untuk pelayanan sdh oke banget view jg keren bgt, tp sayang kami kan ambl yg kamar family, kulkasnya kecil amat ya, mnrt sy itu bkn kulkas.. kamar mandi cm 1, ac dikamar atas kurang dingin.. tlng itu kulkasnya dgnti, namanya ambl kmr keluarga kan past bnyak crmilan,, masa tuh kulkas ga ada fngsinya.. 1 lagi mhon maaf, makanan mmng bnyak pilihannya, tp untuk rasa kurang,, tolong dperbaiki lagi yah. Secara keseluruhan liburan keluarga kami di Aston Anyer cukup menyenangkan. Lokasinya bagus, suasana pantainya nyaman, dan hotelnya cocok untuk membawa anak-anak serta menikmati waktu bersama keluarga. Namun ada beberapa hal yang menurut kami perlu ditingkatkan. Rasa makanan saat sarapan pagi cenderung hambar dan ikan yang kami dapatkan terasa sudah kurang segar. Selain itu, air panas di kamar mandi juga tidak berfungsi selama kami menginap, sehingga cukup mengurangi kenyamanan. Untuk pelayanan staf cukup ramah dan membantu. Semoga kualitas makanan dan pengecekan fasilitas kamar bisa lebih diperhatikan ke depannya. Dengan nama besar Aston, tentunya kami berharap kualitas fasilitas dan sarapannya bisa lebih baik lagi. Semoga pada kunjungan berikutnya pengalaman menginap kami bisa lebih maksimal. 🙏

Fasilitas oke dan bagus..ada bathub dengan view ocean (keren). Kebersihan menurut saya kurang, toilet di lantai dekat restoran ada tissue berserakan dan menurut saya agak bau untuk ukuran hotel berbintang. Kunci pintu toilet juga rusak. Di kamar ada serangga2 kecil, mungkin bisa pakai jasa pest control ya. Staf2 menurut saya kurang ramah ya..mungkin masih pada baru training. Overall okelah
