Super gastvrij ontvangen met een lekker pilsje. Zwembad is heerlijk en het ontbijt is goed. Afstand tot oude stad is wat ver maar goed te doen met de auto.

Dies ist ein sehr empfehlenswertes Haus, wenn man Urlaub ohne Hektik, Lärm und anderen Unfug machen möchte. Unser Zimmer war straßenseitig gelegen. So war einzig störend, als sich Motorradfahrer bemühten, auf ihre Todessehnsucht aufmerksam zu machen. Das Schwimmbecken hofseitig war höchst angenehm. Das Frühstück mehr als ausreichend, Kaffee und Wasser stand den ganzen Tag frei zur Verfügung. Alles in allem echte Erholung ohne sinnlosen, übertriebenen Luxus. - Übrigens 3 km vom Zentrum von Porec entfernt. Da hört man auch den hässlichen Lärm am Strand der Stadt, den manche auch als Musik verstehen, nicht. Die Musik des Landes Kroatien, aber auch der Tanz, von Einheimischen vorgetragen, ist mir übrigens vollkommen versagt geblieben! Das ist überaus schade!

Härligt ställe med mycket bra personal. För oss som gillar poolhäng och lite avskildhet var detta ställe kanon. Frukost, pool, poolområde bilparkering och rum var kanon. Poolen stor nog även för lite träning. Enda nackdelen är avståndet till restaurangerna/havet, ca 1,5-2km.

Upon our arrival we were greeted by the wonderful owner, who was so friendly and kind and offered us a nice cold beer, which was so welcome after our trip from Venice. The room was large and clean, nice balcony and the pool area is very nice. The breakfast was also very good. The hospitality was unbelievable - the owner's lovely sister drove us to the car rental place the next day which was completely above and beyond but most appreciated. I would highly recommend this lovely pension to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing and extremely welcoming place to stay.

We stayed at Gargamelo Pension one night. The owner was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The room was clean with a nice view. The place is great for the money you pay and it family/kids friendly.

Il fatto che la pensione sia leggermente fuori dal centro di Parenzo è stato almeno per noi un pregio, potendo godere della tranquillità garantita dalla distanza (2km) dall'effettivo centro. La spiaggia più comoda è solamente ad un kilometro di distanza. Gentilissimo il personale per consigli sulle spiaggie o per altre attrazioni, ad esempio gite in barca. Davvero di qualità eccelsa il ristorante annesso alla pensione a conduzione della stessa famiglia, porzioni corpose e di ottima qualità (ben superiore a quella offerta da altri ristoranti più 'in' del posto) e con un proporzionato costo, tranquillamente paragonabile ad un buon ristorante italiano.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Gargamelo Pension in Porec. We would definitely stay here again because the proprietor was amazing and the service was great. It is too far to walk to town but the short drive was nice.

Nice, comfortable family run hotel. Friendly and helpful people. Located in a quiet area but still close to the main roads. Perfectly located for exploring the area around Porec and Porec itself. Downhill walk to the nearest beaches and consequently an refreshing uphill walk back. Good restaurant by the way.

On crew, we rented a cab to lubinice. Then we took the ferry to the mainland and took the pula route to Pores. This is a lovely little place. I'm only in it, but there is a lovely little place just around the corner. After weeks of driving, the pool was nice. The family's son, Slave, spoke excellent English and was very helpful. Nice place on the outskirts of town, so I stayed a few days. I loved pores.

This hotel offers very good service. The young English speaking man was everywhere and very kind and helpful. He was the heart of gargamelo and made everything work and everyone enjoyed their stay. The rooms are basic and quiet women, but clean with everything they need. The swimming pool area is very cozy and lovely. The venues here are similar to those everywhere in Italy and the flavor and presentation of the food are very homey. However, the overall cost of this accommodation is in line with the room and the food.

Excellent service from a friendly host. The rooms are clean and equipped with high-quality air conditioning. The pool area is an additional plus. It was never crowded when we went in June. Breakfast is OK, better than a continental meal, but not a full buffet. The restaurant is also excellent for supper in the evening. Compared to tourist attractions close to the beaches, the value for money is much better. If your goal is good value for money, it's strongly advised to stay here.

Excellent accueil, à l'écoute du client vacancier. Au calme. Chambre bien équipée (climatisation, coffre-fort, petit frigo), bonne literie, très propre. Jolie piscine. 1 restaurant sympathique (le Medusa) à 2mn à pied. A 3mn en voiture de Porec.
