I am a Solo traveler who sometimes gets nervous, and just worried about my safety in general, especially when it comes to hotels. But I am telling you now, this hotel might as well be a Five star hotel. I felt safe and wanted! The breakfast was amazing!!! The view! The view was spectacular! The cleanness of house keeping ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The only thing I did find a bit questionable was that the room doors do have a double locks. It is a safe area I understand, but something stronger would be nice . Otherwise amazing stay. And the older gentleman at the front desk, I appreciate the conversation! I hope u get well soon. This is the place to be!!

Ikke bli lurt av hvordan det ser ut når du kommer mot hotellet. Den siste biten av vei passer best for traktor. Bortsett fra det er hotellet fantastiske ekstra pluss for fantastisk god frokost med nydelig utsikt.

Struttura nuova, ben fatta, stanze spaziose. Unico appunto direi che c'è da migliorare la illuminazione esterna. Quando si rientra la sera poca luce nella parte del residence Mirabilis.

Stayed for a week, June 2026. We were very late arriving (midnight) but a welcome letter had been left for us at reception with our keycard and instructions. There was ample free parking alongside the hotel. Our room (4) was a Deluxe King Pool view room in the Mirabilis block (the newer of the two blocks). This block only has the King Deluxe rooms - 6 in total, with the panoramic breakfast room on the top floor. There is an elevator in this block, unsure about the other. Room was spotlessly clean, excellent air-conditioning and shower was hot and powerful. Kettle with the usual tea/coffee (but no milk - we just bought some the next day and popped it in the mini fridge). Pool was very well maintained with plenty of padded loungers. Breakfast was 7-11am - eggs/omelettes cooked to order, coffee machine, freshly cooked crepes, pastries, bread/toast, fresh fruits, yogurt, chia pudding, cold meats and cheese, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and the usual condiments. Music in the breakfast room was very loud on a couple of occasions but we simply asked for it to be turned down a little and it was no problem at all. We walked into town one evening which took around 35 mins but it's through a very residential area with few pavements, and was not very straightforward. We took Klaudio's advice and booked a Bolt ride back to the hotel which was around €4. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks Klaudio and team! P.S. A hook in the bathroom to hang the robes would be our only suggestion!

Helt fantastisk sted, man kan ikke sætte en finger på noget som helst. Alt er nyt, rent, flot vedligeholdt, der var badekåber, strygebrædt, Strygejern, safe, kaffe og the på værelserne og en stor altan. Ligger i et stille og fredeligt kvarter, ca 2 km fra Den gamle by. Meget, meget anvefalelsesværdigt

Dejligt stort værelse, god seng og rent. Ca 8 euro taxa kørsel fra Zadar by/bro til den gamle bydel. SKØN morgenmad med frisk lavet omelet eller hvilken type æg du ønsker. God service og skøn pool. Bedst af alt er hotellet målrettet voksne.

Nice property very clean and quiet area lovely pool and comfortable beds. Quite a way from old town and beach 30-35 mins walk but used bolt to taxi back on an evening. Zadar is a lovely place very enjoyable holiday.

Mein Mann und ich hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und sehr schön eingerichtet – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstücksangebot war einfach top: frisch, vielfältig und sehr lecker. Besonders danken möchten wir dem Eigentümer, der unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit war. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

3 friends had a 2 night stay, July ‘25. Host Klaudio could not have been more welcoming and hospitable - nothing was too much & he rightly prides myself on making his guests satisfied. Property/building was clean & facilities felt >4 star, as rooms were spacious, modern & super clean, with great balconies extending the leisure opportunities. The pool is also a great size for the property & had clean comfortable lounger chairs & plenty of them. Although most people were out & about so very peaceful and relaxing too. Breakfast was even better than expected, with freshly cooked eggs & a plethora of choices of fruits, proteins, cereals/bread & hot/cold drinks. ‘Great location; a 2km walk into the main town of Zadar or c.€4-5 in a taxi. Would not have chosen to stay anywhere else & will aim to revisit if/when going to Zadar or the Plitvice Lakes areas.
