We had a great stay in the nile castle. The owner, Sari, makes this visit incredibly special. He is honest in pricing, speaks fluent English, and is incredibly helpful, informed, and kind. Very happy and would recommend this place to all our relatives and friends. Thank you!.

If I had to describe my stay at this hotel, I would say top. You know why? First, this hotel has a 100 billion star top of the roof where you can have one of the most delicious breakfasts or dinners with a pleasant nile view. The owner, sari, is a top person and great friend who will make your stay so comfortable and unbelievable you would have this childhood sense of being so safe and careless like someone else is taking care of all your problems. Talking about the room, it's a nice one with a shared balcony throughout the entire floor, comfy beds and plenty of space to feel free. It is a crime to spend the entire day in a luxurious hotel without doing anything. Overall, I must admit that I wouldn't have such a great stay if I didn't listen to sari at first. Thank you, man! Hope you continue growing your business and remain safe during these uncertain times - see you next time!.

We are so happy we stayed on the west bank in luxury, but not as pleased as we were that we stayed at the nile castle. This family run be is European standards, nice, clean, and well kept. The roof terrace provides a full view of the nile and the Winter Gardens Palace directly across the river. There are a variety of boats waiting to take you across, including the government boat which costs one way. About rp English or etc eu about 100 meters away nestled on the riverbank is the blue sky cafebar restaurant where you can choose a drink of your choice stella beer able and watch the sunset. Much more relaxed than the east bank, not forgetting that most of the sites including the hot air ballons, valley of the kings, and many temples are located on the west bank. Thank you nile castle, we will be back.

What I can say about mohammad. It all went very well, I booked an amazing place on airing for me and my husband. So he told me he wouldn't be around, but he gave me his cousin's number if I needed assistance on the way. I actually did not need help on the way, but we had a car accident and needed to let my husband know it was going to be late. His cousin wrote me back and wrote me back without even knowing they were coming, he told me that someone else else was already staying there if you have different pages u should know how to block dates, it's so easy. Anyway, I talked to mohamed again, and he put us in another place with less rooms and smaller and totally not what I paid for bow it was already paid by credit card. So he told me that if I wanted he could cancel and get the full refund, but he wanted me to cancel and as you know, if you are comfortable, you will never get a refund. Look guys guys think twice if you want to deal with mohamed, there are a lot more pleasant places with more friendly people, mohamed just see the money and how to get there, he don't care at all if you're comfortable, so I do not recommend the villa or Nile Castle at all. This place is perfect, I assume it will sound like a paid review, but this place is just perfect. Sari and Sara are very hospitable. They assisted us with all city and balloon reservation. Everything was perfect. We had a third friend join us at the last minute and everything from airport cabs to rooms was still arranged for us. And the room! The location is ideal, right on the river and exactly where the ferry leaves you. Very spacious and clean. Totally more than worth!.
