For the comfort and joy of my husband's birthday, I chose this newly renovated hotel for a special occasion. We reserved a deluxe room that is spotless and has an incredible view, but I'm not 30. Great staff and breakfast. The hotel is new, but when you enter the room, the low facilities shock you as you expect from a 5-star hotel! For instance, there is only 1 black tea bag in the coffee bar, and you have to call room service, and they give you only one more in hand! I also have to request kits. We were brought one shaving kit and a dental kit after calling 3 times. Do we not want to share them? The inability to request everything you have to do is so perplexing. I got free water after talking to the front desk manager! I've never encountered such dishonest behavior on a daily basis as we travel extensively! This motel is not advised if you're seeking courteous assistance and respect.

This place is also in a strategic position in Istanbul. After that, the room was very clean and modern. Subsequently, the room was also comfortable.

This is a great urban hotel that is conveniently located. This hotel is amazing, and its atmosphere is beautiful. The room was comfortable and quite good. The service was excellent, especially because they provide beautiful food and views. The bathroom was empty even though you want to chill. The food was also very good. And then there was the great underwater experience, including spa, Haram, Sauna, steamroller, ice chamber, pool, etc., they serve a variety of delicious cuisine. Besides that, the service here is also very professional, so I hope to return here.

Ideal location for business trips with easy access to both the European and Asiatic districts of the city and istanbul airport. The hotel was elegantly renovated to movempick. The rooms are spacious and beautifully refurbished with a fantastic view of the bosphorous. The staff is very helpful and friendly always with a smile which makes your day better. The breakfast room on the rooftop offers a very rich buffet with a dream view of Istanbul. The restaurant on the lobby floor offers excellent Turkish food.

Resepsionis sangat ramah dan membantu, diinformasikan juga bahwa jika menukar uang sebaiknya dilakukan di uang changer saja, jangan di hotel, kursinya lumayan. Alhamdulillah saya mendapat kamar bebas rokok, jadi udaranya segar. Kamarnya bersih dan mendapatkan jubah mandi. Yang paling saya suka di kamar mandi, selain peralatan mandi eh dapat bonus parfum juga 50 ml, lumayan. Untuk makanan, lumayan enak dan variatif sehingga tidak membosankan. Tersedia roti lembut dan juga buah segar serta yogurt untuk dessertnya. Yang terpenting adalah tersedia wifi yang sangat kencang, baik di lobi maupun di kamar. Pastinya gratis tis.
