I stayed at this establishment for five days a few years ago and have had an amazing time. Excellent service, delicious cuisine, and great wine. Everything has changed this year, with the exception of the location. We had one dinner, and it was subpar. They would have good fish if they were surrounded by water. Nope. We asked one of the waiters if the burgers were cooked on the grill, and he simply grinned and declared that there is no restaurant in the world with a grill. Wow. Even though we tipped them very well, the personnel was so unhappy that they weren't smiling. In addition, when we gave them a poor review of their book, the manager was quite upset. The boat guy Christian was the best part. He's amazing. People, do your job correctly!.

We spent 4 days here, and it was a very relaxing short stay. On the positive side, the location is idyllic, the spa is great, the entire place is clean and there is a constant effort to maintain it. As such we had a nice room with an excellent view of the pool and the canal. The mattress, pillow, and sheets all invited you to a good nights sleep the food from the a la carte menu is delicious We booked a boat and the guy was very knowledgeable he took us around the canals and showed us the best views birdbirds to be improved not so good. The walls are really thin we could hear the to from the next room and every step despite the cleanliness there was some mold in the shower. The breakfast is really average, there is plenty of food but not at the level of a 4 hotel even though there are signs everywhere stating that masks are compulsory indoors, no one wears them, waiters do not wear masks and other guests do not wear masks. We were the only family wearing mask indoors. I didn't feel safe in closed spaces, especially since we are in the middle of a wave of this couid pandemic The restaurant is expensive, but despite the fact that the food is really good and with good crust definitely above other places we tested nearby. I would probably give them a 5 if

Very nice, we got a lovely view, and the room was neat. Unfortunately, the spa and indoor facilities were closed due to competition limitations. Because the food is not that diverse, booking with food included is not good. I gave a very low rating to the restaurant. Service was also average.

I will definitely return there. Stunning outlook and garden, amazing spa facilities, excellent service and food. I only used the spa for myself and had a wonderful experience, by Western European standards without a doubt. Although the prices are very high, we didn't mind. The setting is quite lovely. For some reason, the gym was closed, which I didn't like. The staff is very professional, helpful, and attentive. If you want to spend a few relaxing days in the dance delta, being very well taken care of and having lots of activities in a single location outdoors pool, indoor spa, games room, boat ride, etc., I heartily suggest this location.
