This apartment complex is located beside Avlake beach, only about 1 km from the centre of Petra. The tourist centre in Molivdos, with its cafes, restaurants, and shops, is only about 6 km away. The air-conditioned 22 studios have been built in the classical North Aegean architecture. All the rooms come with an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, a radio, and a complete kitchenette. The balconies offer uninhibited views over the Aegean and Molivdos. In the hotel grounds guests will find a swimming pool with a separate children's pool.
