Check-Out: Before 11:00 AM
2. Identification:
All guests must present a valid government ID at check-in (Aadhar, Passport, or Driving License).
3. Visitors:
Outside visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 9:00 PM without prior approval.
4. Quiet Hours:
Please maintain low noise levels between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect other guests.
5. No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms. Dedicated smoking areas are available.
6. Parties & Events:
Parties, loud music, or events are not allowed inside the apartment premises.
7. Food & Cleanliness:
Kindly avoid eating in the bedrooms to prevent stains or pests.
Please keep the premises tidy and dispose of garbage properly.
8. Damage to Property:
Any damage caused to property or furnishings will be chargeable.
9. Keys & Security:
Lost keys will incur a replacement charge.
Always lock your room when stepping out.
10. Pets:
Pets are not allowed unless prior permission is given.
11. Parking:
Parking is available but limited. Please confirm in advance if parking is needed.
