General set of rules for pleasant stay.
1. Consumption of hookah, drugs, opium, marijuana etc is strictly prohibited.
2. Heavy drinking and smoking is not allowed.
3. Make sure music does not disturb other guests in the property.
4. Unmarried couples are not allowed.
5. Terrace access is allowed only for pent house guests.
6. Do not roam in common areas late at night.
7. No decoration allowed in flats.
8. Any damage to the property and any item found missing will be charged.
9. Washing machine is installed at ground floor.
10. All utensils provided needs to be cleaned after use.
11. We provide daily cleaning of flat and bathroom cleaning alternate days.
12. Bedsheets will be changed twice a week.
13. Mixer, juicer , toaster, microwave, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron box with iron stand, idli maker, towels and soap can be provided with prior intimation and subject to availability.
14. Any extra work other than above mentioned things will be charged.
Veg cook is available on demand and has to be paid by guests separately.
