01CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Strict check in at 1:00 pm and check out at 11:00 am. Notify us for early check in or for late check-out, with additional INR 2,000/hour charge.
02 COVENANT FOR CARE OF THE PROPERTY
Guests must refrain from causing damage to the villa and its amenities. Damages incurred will be charged to guests accordingly.
03 ID-PROOF
Guests must present government-approved photo ID and address proof upon check-in. Non-Indian Nationals must carry passports with valid Indian visas.
04 ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
Illegal activities, including drugs, weapons, or prostitution, are strictly prohibited, such bookings will be canceled without refund and face legal consequences.
05 MUSIC
Music is permitted only till 10:00 pm near the pool/garden area. Past 10:00 pm loud music is strictly not permitted.
06 Smoking is not permitted inside the villa at any time. Spitting in and around the property premises is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only in the open areas.
07 PETS
Pets are not permitted within the villa premises for the comfort and safety of all quests at any time.
08 REGISTERED GUESTS
Villa occupancy must not exceed the agreed guest limit, day visitors need a prior approval, may incur charges, and must provide IDs.
09 SECURITY DEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERMS
50% advance payment required upon booking, balance due before check-in, INR 5000 security deposit taken at check in, refunded at checkout if no issues.
10 SWIMMING POOL
Proper swimwear is required, no food/drinks allowed, supervise all children, and caution for sensitive skin. No running, diving, or horseplay allowed in the pool.
