Sy order kamar tipe apartemen 2 bedroom king bed dan queen bed plus 1 sofa bed dengan 2 kamar mandi, 1 living room, 1 dapur lengkap dg perlengkapannya, mesin cuci. Yg saya dapatkan tipe studio dg 1 kamar utama quuen bed dan tambaha 1 kasur di ruangan beraskat ukuran single bed, tanpa mesin cuci, tanpa perlengkapan dapur, tanpa living room, tanpa meja makan dg 1 kamar mandi kecil dan toiletnya bocor pula. Ditambah AC juga bocor sehingga kamarnya banjir. G*** sih, seharusnya liburan keluarga hepi hepi malah jd tragedi dan horor Sy baru dapt kamar jam 17.30, mereka sama sekali tdk memberi kompensasi penambahan jam. Mereka ngotot jam 11 pagi nya sy harus ngosongin kamar. Dr jam 11 kurang 2 petugasnya sdh stand by depan kamar gedor2 kamar sy sambil marah2 suruh segera kosongin. Anak sy sampai ketakutan, suami sy sampai emosi. Kata suami "**** banget, jangan lagi order di tiket dot com"Popular Facilities
