With three bedrooms boasting ensuite bathrooms, sun-drenched living spaces, and a private pool oasis, this two-story retreat offers 220 sqm space and will be the ultimate sanctuary for your Bali getaway.

The Space:
Step into our sunlit haven, where every corner exudes contemporary sophistication. The sunken living room, adorned with all-white decor and complemented by wooden floors and expansive glass windows, invites you to unwind in style. Sink into plush sofas and bask in the warmth of natural light streaming through, as you plan your day's adventures or simply relish moments of relaxation.

Prepare culinary delights in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space. Share meals with loved ones at the indoor dining area or step outside to the inviting outdoor dining space, where balmy breezes and lush greenery create the perfect ambiance for al fresco dining under the stars.

Outdoor Oasis:
Escape to your own private paradise in the expansive outdoor area, where a sparkling pool beckons for refreshing dips on sunny days. Lounge on stylish sunbeds, sip cocktails by the poolside, or gather for leisurely meals in the shaded outdoor dining area. With ample space for soaking up the sun or seeking shade, the outdoor area is a true retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Retreat to one of three well-appointed bedrooms, each offering a tranquil haven for rest and relaxation. Wake up to serene views of the surrounding greenery from the comfort of your bed, then refresh in the ensuite bathroom before embarking on a new day of adventures.

Location:
Situated in the center of Pererenan, our villa offers the perfect blend of serenity and convenience. Enjoy the tranquility of a quiet neighborhood while being just minutes away from vibrant restaurants, cafes, and shops. 

The beach is a short 25-minute walk or a quick 6-minute drive, allowing you to easily explore the sun-kissed shores and world-renowned surf breaks of Bali's coastline.

For an enhanced stay, we offer additional services at an extra cost, including a personal chef, in-villa massages, breakfast, daily transportation, yoga sessions, baby cribs, laundry services, and guided tours.

House Rules:

1. Check-in begins at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges. Late check-in after 8 PM: IDR 200,000 fee applies. 
2. A safety deposit box is provided in the room. We are not responsible for valuables left unattended. For additional secure storage, please contact us.
3. Use of the swimming pool and all facilities is entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for any accident, injury, loss of life, or property damage within the premises.
4. Drone use requires prior approval due to guest privacy.
5. Pets and durian are strictly prohibited on the property.
6. Quiet hours are from 22:00 – 07:00. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially in outdoor areas.
7. Outside vendors require prior approval. Approved vendors may be subject to a venue fee starting from IDR 500,000. Unauthorized vendors may result in a minimum fine of IDR 1,000,000. If there is any service you require that we do not currently provide, please feel free to let us know your preferences and we will be happy to assist where possible.
8. No parties or events inside the villa. Unauthorized events may incur a minimum penalty of IDR 1,000,000 and may lead to eviction without refund if complaints arise. 
9. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Violations will incur a minimum penalty of IDR 1,000,000 per affected area.
10. Commercial photography requires prior approval and must respect the privacy of other guests.
11. Guests are responsible for any damage, stains, fire incidents, or loss of property during the stay. All charges must be settled before check-out.
12. Cooking is allowed in the kitchen area only. Open flames (including BBQ, candles, incense, and fireworks) are strictly prohibited.
13. As Bali is a tropical island, occasional geckos, ants, insects, or other small wildlife may appear despite regular pest control.
14. The parking space is available for up to 1 small car / multiple motorbikes. Advance reservation for car parking is needed.
15.  In accordance with local regulations, all guests are required to complete this registration form at check in, providing valid Passport/ID details, visa type, visa expiry date, and a contact number.
