Kamar tidak sesuai foto yang ditampilkan di aplikasi, kotor dan seperti tidak terawat dengan baik. Sudah request non-smoking room, tp gong banget sampe kamar bau rokok banget. Pas komplen malah disuru buka jendela biar baunya ilang, busett. Setelah itu dikasi 2 opsi kamar lain tp kondisi kurang lebih sama, sayangnya saya tidak foto. Sy book 2 malam hanya bertahan 1 malam saja, dan pindah hotel langsung.Popular Facilities
