Please leave the kitchen, toilet and the house in a clean condition when you vacate the house or you will be charged for additional cleaning fees of Rp 100.000. This fee is not the same or inclusive in the booking. The cleaning fee charged per booking is only to cover the expenses of general toiletries and laundry, not for cleaning up the mess. So please keep the place neat and clean as you find it when you come.
Harap meninggalkan dapur, toilet dan runah dalam keadaan bersih ketika anda check-out atau Anda akan dikenakan biaya tambahan untuk membersihkan Rp100.000. Biaya tambahan ini tidak sama dengan biaya pembersihan yang dikenakan per booking, karena biaya tersebut hanya mengcover biaya toiletries dan laundry, bukan untuk membersihkan seluruh apartement yg berantakan dan kotor.

Switch the electricity off and the air conditioning off when you leave the house.
Matikan listrik dan AC ketika anda meninggalkan rumah.
No heavy cooking, as the trigger the fire alarm. Do not leave cooking unattended. Harap tdk memasak gorengan krn dapat menyebabkan alarm kebakaran berbunyi.
Jangan tinggalkan masakan anda tanpa diawasi.
Don’t flush huge chunk of food waste down the sink, this can clogged the sink. Keep the sink strainer on, whilst doing dishes.
Harap tidak menyiram sisa makanan ke tempat cuci piring ken dpt menyebabkan penyumbatan saluran. Gunakanlah saringan yg telah disediakan ketika mencuci.
Do not put hot pantries on glass table top or over the water dispenser.
Harap tidak meletakkan panci panas di meja kaca maupun diatas water dispenser.
Do not throw rubbish or tampons down the toilet.
Jangan membuang sampah maupun tampons/pembalut wanita ke dalam toilet.
There’s no maid / cleaning service during your stay, this is not a hotel. If you stay for more than a few days and need to do your laundry, there’s many laundry shops on the Ground Floor or Lower Ground Mezzanine Floor. They can provide same day service if you are in rush.
Selama kunjungan anda, kami tidak menyediakan pembantu maupun cleaning servis, ini bukan hotel. Jika anda menginap lebih dari beberapa hari dan ingin mencuci pakaian anda, silahkan bawa cucian anda ke toko laundry terdekat di lantai GF atau LGM. Jika anda terburu buru, mintalah kepada toko laundry agar cucian anda diselesaikan di hari yang sama.
When you leave the house, please take the rubbish to the rubbish collection room behind the lifts. The rubbish collection room is on your right as you walk out from the apartement.
Ketika anda check-out, harap buang sampah ke ruangan penampungan sampah yang berada tepat dibelakang lift. Ruang sampah berada disebelah kanan anda jika menghadap ke arah keluar apartement.
There’s 2 fire exits on the floor. The nearest one is on the right hand side as you leave the apartment. The second one is on the second corridor of thr lifts side.
Ada 2 fire exit di lantai yang sama. Yang terdekat adalah disebelah kanan apartemen. Yang kedua disebelah kiri apartement.
If you don’t return the access card or lost the card, you will be charged Rp300.000 to cover the replacement cost.
Jika anda tidak mengembalikan kartu sewaktu check-out atau kartu access hilang, maka anda akan dicharge Rp300.000 utk biaya mengganti kartu baru.
The Electricity Power room only 1.300 watt so if u have any electronic devices that consume big horse power like hair dryer , probably should turn off the AC before use it or the electricity will cut off.
Sumber listrik di unit hanya 1300 watt jika anda memakai hair dryer maka harus mematikan AC terlebih dahulu jika tidak listrik akan trip/mati.
