Dienifer Magalhaes de Almeida • Business Trip
The apartment is a good size and includes the necessary utensils for cooking and eating, as well as a washing machine—which is a great plus! The location is fine and served the purpose of my trip, but my stay was not very good for a few reasons. First, regarding the internet: the apartment had no internet access, and it was extremely difficult to get support from the Travelio team to set up Wi-Fi. Since the apartment is on the 35th floor, I couldn't get a reliable mobile data signal, and installing a separate Wi-Fi network wasn't an option. A second issue concerned the hot water—there was none in the bathroom, and this was never made clear during the booking process on this site; I ended up taking cold showers for 30 days. The third problem involved electricity: the apartment ran out of credit, and I spent 5 nights listening to the constant beeping from the unit in the bedroom. I received no support from Travelio, and it wasn't until the day before my checkout that they finally arrived—scheduled for 11:00 AM, but they didn't show up until 4:00 PM—to top up the credit. The service from the Travelio team was consistently very poor, and for these reasons, my overall experience was not good.Popular Facilities
