Welcome to Villa Kartal Altin by Pertama Stay! We are delighted to host you. Please review this complete house manual to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
- Check-in is at 3:00 PM; Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early/late requests must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees.
- Standard check-in is supported by our team between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (please notify us 1 hour prior to arrival). After 5:00 PM, self-check-in is available via the key lockbox next to the main entrance door. The access code will be provided prior to arrival.

GUEST SUPPORT & SERVICES:
- Your Guest Services Supervisor is available daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM via WhatsApp for questions or concierge bookings (transport, private chefs, spa). Emergency support is available 24/7.
- Respecting the Staff: Our team works hard to ensure your comfort. Please treat them with respect and help keep the property tidy. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSE RULES:
- Occupancy: Max occupancy is as mentioned in the listings. Unregistered visitors or parties are strictly forbidden without prior written approval.
- Pool and Outdoor Areas: The pool and outdoor spaces are for guest use only. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
- Responsibility, Damage and Liability: Guests are responsible for their conduct and any damage caused during their stay. Any damaged item must be repaired or replaced, and payment will be requested accordingly. Pertama Management is not liable for injuries or illnesses occurring on the premises.
- Local Laws and Regulations: All guests must comply with local laws and regulations. Any suspicious or unlawful activity will be reported to the authorities.
- Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM out of respect for our neighbors.
- Smoking & Durian: Smoking/vaping is strictly outdoor only (please use provided ashtrays). Durian fruit, illegal substances, and pets are strictly prohibited inside the villa.
- Sustainability: Help us care for Bali by turning off ACs, lights, and appliances when leaving the villa. Towels hung up will be reused; towels placed on the floor will be refreshed (linens & towels changed every 3 days).
- Water & Trash: Tap water is not drinkable; please use the provided dispenser. Dispose of food waste in designated bins to avoid attracting insects.
- Safety: Lock all doors and windows before leaving and use the safety box for your valuables. Children must be supervised around the pool area at all times as no lifeguard is on duty.

ADHERENCE TO RULES: BY BOOKING THIS PROPERTY, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND.
