21 day stay. Location and good. Lacked sufficient towels and extra key. Management friendly and accommodating, but doesn't speak English. Cable TV is mostly Russian.

I spent a couple of night in Apt n.6 and it was fine, the owners are veeery kind and all I needed in the room was there, the welcomed me also with a bottle of water that is a kind thought in a cheap accomodation. the position is just unbelievable, close to everything, specially to the beach.. I highly reccomend it for solo travellers

Although apartment needs redecorating & a intense deep clean in shower good value for money. Great air conditioning. Plenty of towells. Great kitchen appliances but sadly no toaster or oven. Goid fridge freezer. Nice & private apartment. Good tv. Plenty of hot water for shower. Helpful landlord. Very polite. Great part of Tel Aviv for all amenities. Thank you.

This would be a good short-term rental/AIRBNB place, but it wasn't a hotel. The entrance was a bit off putting but the room itself, a one bedroom apartment, was fine. It was clean and quiet with everything I needed to prepare meals. The owners were easy to contact. However, it isn't a hotel. There is no on-site staff; no daily cleaning, etc.

First, the apartments looks nothing like the picture. Picture should match apartment. It is an older apartment. Apartment was clean. Host sent a friend to let us in. Both host and friend were always friendly and professional. We paid the cleaning fee as it was listed. We were surprised to learn there was an electricity charge. The host did not charge us the electricity fee because it was not stated in the listing. It would have been ILS 128 (USD 33.68); but he said it was a present. It wasn't bad for the price we paid. Shower had good pressure. Bathroom door was flimsy. A/C worked very well. Kitchen had microwave and cooking utensils as well as dishes. Refrigerator worked well. Had TV with cable/dish. Good Wi-Fi most of the time. Down side was there were a few bugs; but that could happen anywhere.

As the start we ordered apartment with one doble bed and foldable and one more bed. We come to street nr.20, but they say that that apartment is in 68, because in our, other people live. Said that the new one is better. There was no redy apartment for us. There was in clothet things for one person, 2 towels, 1 bed cover etc. But then they give us, more towels, 4 towels for 4 people, no kitchen toilet, bring as toilet paper, then we asked, where is the free toileteries-there was no toileteries, when asket , bring us hand soap for kitchen and bathroom-only one bottle for both. Then broked shower, after 1day, put in bag the head of shower and put near doors, husband changed it. So we paid for cleaning (there was writen-one per time)- but no one said that it will be on end(after we leave). So we needed toileteries to bay all it on place what is not cheap. The best thing is location. Room walls are not clean, the furniture is old. There are no cleaning liquids for floor. When we asked the garbage bugs, because we use the only one, they give us shopping plastic bu The TV not worked, when we arrive, but thay make it. There was a fealing that we paid not early but found them and askem for some grace to let them to stay here. When I asked where are the beds, toileteries, and other things that was written in Hottel.com. Thay said that I am fooling him out. When I said, that I can show what was in reservation he don’t wanted to look, and said that it could not be, as I’m lying.

The place is misleading, this is not a Apartment Hotel, it is a private apartment, in a 5th floor in a normal apartment building with a broken elevator and no toiletries, the was not even soap to wash my hands of do the dishes, shampoo or laundry detergent. The was hidden extra charges of $65 USD that I had to paid on site for "Cleaning Fee and Electricity" . The Shower and bathroom was mouldy. Find a better place!

Personnel d'accueil très gentil mais ne parlant no francais no anglais Appartement agréable par sa luminosité et sa situation géographique mais vieillot et ne comportant pas comme sur la fiche de baignoire ni de sèche linge La propreté laisse à désirer mais le matelas non protège est correct Plusieurs chaines TV françaises mais TV visible correctement après 3semaines et un nouveau décodeur

Номер выходил на улицу с очень оживленным движением, мешало изрядно. Ванная комната плохо приспособлена, душ не подвесить, крючка для полотенца нет. Нет лифта, на третий этаж ножками, а с чемоданом вверх-вниз - вообще весело. За уборку номера платить пришлось перед вселением, эта сумма не указана в цене за номер, в описании только высветилась. Но оплата за уборку перед вселением обязательная.

Så missvisande foton på lägenheten. Efter att ha insett hur lägenheten såg ut i verkligheten kände vi oss tvungna att vända och ta våra väskor och leta upp annat ställe. Under all kritik! Smutsiga väggar, gammalt sjaskigt badrum, fläckiga lakan och äckliga madrasser som såg ut att vara hämtad från gatan. Tredje sovrummet bestod av en gammal snuskig utdragbar bäddsoffa, fanns inte något annat eller plats för något förutom ett litet fönster. Blev en dyr historia och många timmar av nytt letande. Väldigt besvikna!

Das angebotene Appartement stand nicht zur Verfügung. Stattdessen wurden wir in ein anderes Appartement gefahren. Dieses Appartement wird normalerweise im horizontalen Gewerbe genutzt. Nebenan war die Nachbarin im gleichen Gewerbe tätig und hat stündlich Männerbesuch erhalten. Auf Rückfrage beim Vermieter wurde sogar kein Hehl daraus gemacht!
