Unica cosa funzionante sono la tv e il bagno. Per il resto la struttura fa schifo. Ho dormito con l'ansia che qualcuno potesse entrare e derubarmi in quanto la porta della stanza ERA SPROVVISTA della CHIAVE

A casa de banho estava preta, tanto o teto como a banheira e raramente havia papel higiénico. O quarto era extremamente quente, impossível dormir. Mesmo eu tendo visto uma esfregona a ser passada no chão todos os dias de manhã ela já estava tão suja que acho que só fazia pior, o chão estava imundo. Á chegada tive que esperar que me abrissem a porta, a recepção estava vazia, como sempre, não encontravam a minha reserva e ainda se começaram a rir quando eu respondi que já tinha pago a estadia. Não posso dizer que o moço que estava na recepção e fazia as limpezas (era o mesmo) fosse antipático mas era sem dúvida pouco prestável e pouco profissional. O hostel foi muito difícil de encontrar apesar da excelente localização a sinalização era horrível.

This hotel is a joke, we arrive there around 11:30 pm. The hotel was out of rooms so we lost our money by booking this hotel. I don’t recommend the service at all. We had no where to sleep that night.

Nulla di speciale non era nemmeno lontanamente alle foto viste sul sito al momento della presentazione... letto con reti vecchie che cigolano al minimo movimento spalliera appoggiata al muro anch'essa che si muoveva ...la doccia non aveva la porta del box sostituita con una tenda nessun porta saponi in doccia, il porta carta igienica rotto come il porta asciugamano e il porta sapone del bidet... stanza molto squallida non vale il pezzo che ho pagato.

Expedia was not booked at check-in and was expelled from the hotel before confirmation. Despite being asked to confirm with the Expedia Secretariat, he was forced to leave. I was at a loss and started to call myself to find a new accommodation. Ten minutes later, the hotel man told me to prepare another accommodation. I inevitably stayed in another room for 6 nights, but I was charged Rome city tax on the first day and paid 37 euros in a lump sum. It was firmly insisted that there was no obligation to reimburse, and it was taken away. It was a hotel where money would be caught if a receipt for money was not made. □ I believe that I trust the Expedia is bad. チェックイン時にエクスペデイアの予約がされていないと確認前にホテルから追い出された。エクスペデイア事務局へ確認を求めたにもかかわらず強制退出でした。 　途方に暮れ、新たな宿泊先を自身で探そうと電話を始め、10分後に私に先ほどのホテルマンが、別の宿泊先を用意する話をしにきた。 　やむをえず6泊を別の部屋で泊まったが、さらに初日にローマ市税を請求され、37ユーロを一時金で納めたが、チェックオウト時にホテルマンから27ユーロしか受け取っていない、差額9ユーロの返金する義務は一切ないと強固に主張され収奪された。　金品受取書を作らないと金を獲られてしまうホテルであった。　エクスペデイアを信用した私が悪いと反省しています。

Não poderia ter sido pior, pois este hotel, nem deveria ser chamado de hotel, as fotos são mentirosas e é tudo imundo, deprimente e o café da manhã é dado na entrada , e se resume em um cafezinho em copo descartável, e tudo muito sujo mesmo, parece ser a casa dos donos, não aconselho a ninguém ficar hospedado lá, e sugiro ao hotels .com descredenciar este estabelecimento

Beställt två enkelrum, blev hänvisade två sängar i ett flerbäddsrum ...! Kortmaskinen var ”sönder”, ville ha kontanter... Frukost skulle serveras till rummet...
