God opplevelse : leilighet og by står til forventning. Svært god plassering, men litt langt å gå med bagasje fra togstasjonen😀. Bologna var en interessant by som frister til gjentakelse. Lett å finne hyggelige spiseplasser.

The apartment is very spacious and the location is close to everything. We enjoyed our time there cooking, shopping and resting. It's noisy at night if you open the windows, other than that I appreciate everything.

We absolutely loved our apartment & despite being on the 2nd floor without a lift we had a great time. The facilities, the position (so close to the old town centre) were great. The apartment has a concierge & was able to order taxis etc, help us with the heating etc. l would recommend this apartment.

Brilliant location, two minutes from the two towers and close to Piazza Maggiore. Close to great bakery, small supermarket and good cafe and restaurants all around. Agency were fantastically helpful. Brilliant welcome, booked taxis for us and helped with restaurant recommendations. Apartment very spacious and spotlessly clean. Really good shower (separate from main bathroom) but in a very cramped area up steep steps off kitchen. Apartment on 2nd floor and no lift but help with suitcases when we arrived. Noise at night in twin bedroom from outside.

The apartment was close to everything (including plenty of grocery stores) and has plenty of space including a very well equipped kitchen. The guy who gave us they keys was really helpful and gave us plenty of good suggestions for eating out and gelato. It is in a student area but it was nice and quiet when we were there (end of June).

Had a lovely time with husband and 2 teenage boys in this lovely large 2 bedroom apartment. The living room has a sofabed so the boys could each have a room to themselves, which kept everyone happy! Recommended for a stay in Bologna. Located steps away from Two Towers and 5 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore - great location. Small supermarket right outside, loads of restaurants and pizza take-away, gelateria on corner. AirBnB hosts operate from office nearby and are super helpful. Had a great time overall.

After 2 1/2 weeks in hotels, a stray in this apartment was a wonderful respite. The location was convenient to the tourist attractions, shopping and many great restaurants. The apartment was comfortable, clean and quiet with the added convenience of an excellent washer / dryer. The only negative is that it is on the 2nd floor with no elevator -- although the staff was very helpful carrying our luggage up the stairs.

Wir wollten 4 Einzelbetten, wir rechneten mit dem Schlafsofa in der Stube. Ich schrieb ein Mail, um sicher zu sein, dass es klappt - keine Antwort erhalten. Das Schlafsofa war nicht bereit, keine geeignete Bettwäsche dafür, schlechte Matratze. Die Dame, die da schlafen musste beklagte sich, der Preis sei eindeutig zu hoch, um so zunächtigen. Die Lage des Appartements ist wunderbar. Schwierig ist es, dass es keinen Lift hat.

Great Location and decent, solid place. It is an older apartment and quirky; but everything works and the water is hot in the showers. The apartment is very big, over 1000 sf. I would recommend to anyone with a group of 3 or 4 wanting to stay "close to the action" in Bologna

Please consider higher quality bed sheets that are not scratchy. The aparment is clean, and orgainzed. VERY NOISY during night sleep hours with courtyard two bars full of people talking loudly plus loud noises from city workers emptying the three garbage bins below bedroom windows 3-5a every morning. Your add needs to share information abour bar and nightgly garbage removal noises, the main reasons I would not return. Unfornately we did not get much sleep.

The property was in a good location for walking around Bologna. The space was as advertised when booking. However, as we entered the apartment for the first time, we noticed an awful smell that didn't go away during the whole visit that seemed to be originating from the bathroom, but made the whole apartment smell. I'm not sure if the washing machine didn't dry properly between washes or if there was mold or mildew somewhere, but the smell was as if something didn't dry properly and was very potent. I would check with the property to see if they have resolved this before booking.

If you think you booked through Hotels.com and get the kind of service provided by a “normal” hotel, you are wrong. We booked a 6-day stay and had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. According to the staff “we don’t provide housekeeping services for short stays.” The instruction in the room says “our staff is at your disposal for booking taxi, private transfer…,” but when we asked for booking a private car, the answer was “no.”

They don’t tell you in advance of your stay that you’ll need to be on WhatsApp for the check in process. The info on their booking doc says that you have to check in at their office which isn’t correct. Had to prompt them at 15:45 for the info (after check in time) as I’d heard nothing. Funky smell in the apartment. Very dated and uncomfortable sofa. Blinds are wafer thin linen in the bedrooms and they let al the light in. Tv didn’t work- all the Chanels were missing. Lamps in the bedrooms didn’t work. The bathroom fan was louder than a plane taking off! Mould in the shower, lots of in grained old mould. On the plus side there is free coffee! They let you leave your bag with them after check out and will also ring for a cab for you. Nice high ceilings. Toilet paper wafer thin. Fabric conditioned towels so they don’t really dry you! It was so bad I couldn’t take a photo of the place. No view. One room has an air conditioner outside unit by the window. Too expensive for quality.
