La tenuta è immersa in un uliveto bellissimo, poche unità abitative dal design semplice ma di effetto, aria condizionata e frigorifero (e tanto altro in base alla soluzione scelta). La struttura dispone di una piscina senpre accessibile meravigliosamente in penombra il pomeriggio, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di spiaggia e sole. La colazione varia e ricca, succhi di frutta, torte, pasticciotti leccesi, oltre che la classica caffetteria. Personale sempre disponibile e cordiale. Silenzio e pace...a parte le cicale di giorno, ma anche loro sono parte dell'atmosfera. Posizionata a metà strada tra le spiagge ioniche e quelle adriatiche, consigliato per chi ama viaggiare e desidera "scoprire" le meraviglie naturali del Salento.

I had a lovely week at the wonderfully unique tent side just before the season officially ended, my husband and I were delighted to enjoy it. The property offers an assortment of capitalized housing options, some with kitchens. Our onebedroom apartment had a separate kitchenliving space, a sizable bath, and an outdoor dining patio. In October, the pool opened, was available, and was warm. Host Pierluigi is a treasure and it was him who made our stay truly memorable. The housekeeper and cook, grazing is, as her name suggests, the most gracious and excellent cook We had a wonderful meal on our last night with homegrown vegetables. Remember that this is not your typical resort. Because there are 13 units within an olive grove, the rps coordinates provided do not get you from. It requires a car to reach so you can explore a variety of regional sites like Asta, Leche, Gallipoli, Maggie, and many more. The tent side is a perfect hub, which is an ideal hub. This may not be for you if you need to stay connected because technology can be tricky. You can check out that news in a variety of languages. The property offers cost activities during busy season. Yes, we paid a euro cleaning fee for our peri-revised reservation, and meals will be given with advance notice. Happily.

This place is lovely in the heat of summer and is quite scenic. Since we visited in April, the weather limited our enjoyment. Since we were there for the second week in a row, the weather was so bad that we had to stop here. The studio room was tiny, with concrete flooring and furniture, and had to deal with the air's chilly and dampness. Later in the season, that issue wouldn't be a problem. My husband was unable to sleep well on the bed because of the bed and one person was compelled to sit on the bed. There were no drawers for clothes aside from a closet. The resort offers splendid outdoor seating and a lovely lounge, however, it was too chilly for us to use during our visit. Wifi was an issue throughout our visit. On the plus side, Pietro luigi and grazing were both incredibly welcoming and accommodating. For a week, we had breakfast and supper every day. The pasta from Graziana was excellent.

We would give it five stars because it was an international exchange. Cleaning is not a requirement in the interval exchange. We are tidy people who can tidy up our rooms because we stayed in a studio without a kitchen. They forced us to spend 70 euros for cleaning when we arrived at check-in. Cleaning is optional and not part of the international exchange. With the exception of all the creatures, there are plenty of rolly polly insects, caterpillars, slugs, and spiders that show up inside. The tent side is difficult to find because it is far from anywhere in the inland. We used rps and their given address, which placed us on a small road that was away from the property. We went to another ari farm and inquired. It is beyond the industrial zone zone. The signs were stopped shortly before this area. Its in an olive grove, and all day long you can hear birds chirping. One of the neighboring properties has a beep that goes off at night without stop for hours, and that makes you sleep peacefully. This has happened at random times every night from 10 o'clock. They are indifferent, and it takes away some of the peace and tranquility you can feel at night. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly. They also make fresh coffee. The grounds are well maintained and have nice pools and plenty of seating areas, but there is no bar or opportunity to get coffee etc other than the evening meal, so you have to provide your own drinks. Overall a restful and quiet place to base yourself for exploring the wider region. However, to be charged 90 for one 40 minute clean of the room and change of towels and bed linen is really unacceptable and gave an otherwise lovely break the impression. It describes itself as a country house hotel but clearly does not provide regular hotel service. Evening meals are provided but must be booked by 9 am in the morning and there is no menu choice, and breakfast must also be reserved in the previous evening. Breakfast is simple continental with slices of cheese and meat, bread or rolls and a few small croissants, evening meal is adequate but, as we and most of the other guests found it better to eat out.

I would use this to earn 3. 5 stars. The negatives include the beautiful setting, the rustic feel, meticulous grounds, a large pool, a bathroom that recently underwent renovation, and a beautiful porch. A great supermarket is right across the road. Picturesque italian cities are a short drive away in every direction. The negatives include: the wifi only served in the office, the room was unacceptable, and the audio player was promoting wifi. There is also an ad player in the accommodation. This does not exist. The kitchen sink faucet was wrongly installed. When using hot water it is scalding, but you can't change the handle to the cold side. It's a small inconvenience, I'm aware, but unnecessary. The small espresso maker was damaged, but Pierluigi replaced it the next day. He was a lovely host. Furthermore, as someone else previously stated, there was an exaggerated cost for cleaning and the location wasn't particularly clean, especially in the kitchen, we had to clean all the dishes and utensils, the cooking and serving area. As regards the rates, it was an interval exchange and in the end, with exchange and cleaning fees, we seem to have paid almost what we would have paid from the street.
