It is unfortunate that this hotel was unable to receive a star rating from us because of the sheratons name. It is a usual business hotel that is conveniently located for exploring hakodate. The tram station and airport bus stop are right across the street from the motel. There are several steps to the morning fish markets and excellent seafood seafood. The room is a typical Japanese business hotel. Breakfast and services are excellent and very friendly.

Hotel yang unik, kamarnya kecil tetapi semuanya sudah ada. Ada TV, meja, cermin dan lemari. Saat pertama kali masuk ke kamar saya sempat bingung karena tidak ada ranjang, ternyata ranjangnya ada di lemari. Bentuknya tradisional dan sangat nyaman. Jangan lupa untuk mencoba onsen di hotel ini rendam air panas ala Jepang.

The staff was friendly and our first impressions were wonderful. The hotel has a good range of breakfast buffet. This hotel is reasonably priced and has a nice souvenir shop.

I had never been here before. Especially for king crab legs, the buffet dinner was fantastic. There were a variety of options available as well. Unfortunately, I didn't attempt it because of a physical condition, but my pals told me that it was a great start. I will certainly return someday. The room and bed were larger than I had anticipated. Also, on the hotel's first floor, there is a souvenir shop. Overall, this hotel was great and strongly encouraged you to stay here!.

We booked a room at this hotel for supper and two breakfasts. Unfortunately, none of the meals were top-notch, especially the revolting breakfasts. Good room. We chose tatami accommodations. The first thing is amazing, but note that you must pay an previously unknown onset tax at check-out. Everyone in the family can use the onset. It's fine if everyone in the family uses it. But one of my daughters refused to use the onset, and the charge was still levied. It was challenging for the staff. While the clerk had terrible English, he refused to answer my questions in Japanese, despite the fact that he did not speak Japanese. Hakodate is a fantastic place. A visit is surely worthwhile, and I wouldn't stay here again.
