This trip is quite pleasant because the city is tiny and disconnected from all technology and people. I traveled in November, which was low season, and since I spent most of my days there, I felt refreshed. The hotel itself has a homey vibe but still has a traditional Japanese atmosphere. The hotel is a 30-minute stroll from the taken station, which is a bit tiring when carrying a big suitcase, but the fantastic service asks you if you would like to have your suitcase picked up and dropped off. The hotel is surrounded by water on one side after taken beach, on the other side, a fishing boat side? and numerous hills.

We found the hotel through the internet, and when we made our reservation, we werent sure what we would find, but this location really exceeded our expectations! We were a little cautious of sharing the bathroom, but we had no problems and every day of our stay was spotless and clean. Plus we had the nicest, most accommodating and helpful hosts, we would absolutely love to return to Nekozaki and stay there again.
