𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 住宿守则

1️⃣ Check-in / Check-out
Check-in after 3:00 PM ｜ Check-out before 11:00 AM
入住时间 3:00 PM 后 ｜ 退房时间 11:00 AM 前

2️⃣ Security Registration
Please register Name, ID/Passport and Contact Number with the security guard before entering the building to collect the access card.
进入大楼领取门禁卡前，请在保安处登记 姓名、身份证/护照及联系电话。

3️⃣ No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Deposit will be forfeited if evidence is found.
室内 严禁吸烟，若发现吸烟证据，押金将被没收。

4️⃣ No Party / No Disturbance
Parties, events, or excessive noise are not allowed to avoid disturbing neighbors.
禁止 派对、活动或大声喧哗，以免影响邻居。

5️⃣ Extend Stay
Extension requests must be made before 10:00 AM on check-out day, subject to availability. Payment must be completed before 1:00 PM.
延长住宿需在 退房当天上午10:00前通知，视房源情况而定；延住费用需在 下午1:00前完成付款。

6️⃣ Access Card
Lost access card penalty: RM200 per card.
门禁卡遗失罚款：每张 RM200。

7️⃣ Cleanliness & Garbage
Please keep the unit tidy and dispose garbage at the Refuse Chamber at the end of the corridor to prevent insects.
请保持房屋整洁，并将垃圾丢到 走廊尽头的垃圾房，以避免 昆虫或蟑螂滋生。

8️⃣ House Care
Please switch off lights and air-conditioning when leaving the unit. Pets must not cause mess or damage. Stickers or adhesive items are not allowed on the walls.
离开房屋时请关闭 电灯和空调。宠物需自行照顾避免破坏房屋；墙壁禁止贴贴纸或任何粘性物品。


**For stays over 3 days, additional toiletries (shampoo, toilet paper, etc.) can be requested from us.
**入住 超过3天 如需额外 洗发水、厕纸等洗漱用品，可向我们索取。
