The apartment is spacious and offers plenty of space for guests, despite these issues. The air conditioning units also need attention. Although the apartments are in an excellent location close to tajong aru beach, they are showing signs of age and neglect. There is concern about cleanliness, with filthy bed linens, towels, and even sofa seats.

This is my second time staying here.. Everything is great.. Absolutely great.. You will have a great privacy, great view, nice swimming pool, great facilities, good security and most of all, great price.. For sure i will come again and recommend it to others..

We reserved this location because we had a few of us coming over for saturday gateway. The place had an excellent first impression, and the parking is plentiful, but the entire area is rather dilapidated. Cleanliness is good, there were fewer dead bugs in the unit where we stay, poor sound insulation, you could hear people pulling chairs from upstairs or sounds from the next door, as well as loud voices from children who were staying nearby. You can easily hear them screaming if there are kids around. There is the best thing about the place is its view, where you can see an amazing sunset. This is unquestionably advisable unless you are traveling with dozens of people and are on tastiest budget.

The location is close to the sea and has a great view. I spent one night there for five nights, including four single beds and one kingsize bed. It boasts the most amazing master bedroom, sweeping sea views, and oversized balcony. Next time, im going to make another reservation!.

Not bad, good location. We stayed in 1 bedroom for 2 faces the road, but still great except for the very noisy sound from other guests who kept moving the furniture all night long. Maintenance also needs improvement in future.

Everything is fine, but i think you guys should rent a hotel. U guys just cant swim here, so if you bring teen children, go to the hotel instead.

The room was nice, no problem with the room. However, services, pool guard, and tlg train sikit are how to guide all guests. We know you do your job, a courtesy from the staff. You work to help guests in their directions. Bukit marah or menimbul kan keadaan yg panas antara guest, banyak kali dh. Immg sik berkenan staff ctok. Klu blh train jadi, manners for guiding guests

My accommodation were 3 rooms apartment. Very clean and cozy. The sofa is nice. The dining table are good and comfortable for 6 people. The apartment also comes with two units of Samsung LED TV with USB, Samsung refrigerator, a microwave oven, electric stove with ventilation fan, a Samsung full auto washing machine, dinner plates, iron board with iron and a hair dryer. It's complete for a short family vacation. The swimming pool has good depth both for adult and kids swimming pool. We park at the basement parking and so far no problem with vandalism or thieves. The only bad experience I had was that I got stuck in the lift no 3 for 1-2 minutes on 28/12/2017 between 3.30-4pm (could not remember the exact time). The lift suddenly stopped between Level One and Basement for around 30 seconds to 1 minute. In between that time, I have decided to press the Basement number again and the lift works just fine a few seconds later. I am aware that some of the lifts are under maintenance but did not expect the lift to stop between levels. My other family members who uses the lift has no problem and what happened to me is a coincidence. Overall I recommended this hotel for families who are on holiday with more than 2 families as the facilities are great. My family and I will come and stay here again for our next holiday trip. Keep up the good work.
