The view from the unblocking building is very nice. My house is really big and spacious. I will never regret staying here. The newly opened kopitiam downstairs has lots of food. Grocery can be easily grabbed right outside the door.

D'carlton Seaview Resident is a perfect location, which is situated just 3.5 km to Regency Hospital, 15km from both Singapore Woodland and the Pasir Gudang Port. When you arrive in our township, simply take a quick drive to the Johor Bahru Eastern Dispersal Link Expressway (EDL). The building is surrounded by food courts, mini-marts, laundry, a clinic, and even Daily Pasar Pagi Market (Monday off) / Weekly Pasar Malam (only every Friday)!
