3. Feel free to use the kitchen but please CLEAN UP after yourself.
4. Please respect the NOISE CURFEW of 9pm to 7am.
5. NO smoking or vaping inside the property.
6. NO pets allowed.
7. NO illegal activities of any kind.
8. Save electricity, SWITCH OFF the lights, water heater and air-conditioning before leaving. Close the water tap too, when not using.
9. Keep our home secure and LOCK doors and windows when leaving the house.
