I have a pleasant stay at Tri Tower. The bed is comfortable, and the apartment is new and clean. It will be great to have a microwave as people will normally do not do any cooking on stove. Easy accessibility to CIQ, near Komtar JBCC.

2 days before my stay, i had reached out to the apartment via Expedia and directly - to request for early check-in as i was coming in to JB in the morning. However there were no response from them at all (despite the info provided is to request at least 24 hours in advance). When i got there, i had to frantically look for a contact number to reach out to, so that i could get the check-in details. Nothing was provided to me. Finally when i got a contact number, they informed me that there's no chance of morning check-in (this could have been told to me 2 days before so that i could plan accordingly). I was waiting with 2 tired young kids. Eventually had to find places to visit since our official check in time was in 4 hours. Check-in process was so-so, not very straightforward but i managed it eventually. Got the apartment & was glad that it at least looked decent. After spending some time there, realised that it wasnt very clean as mentioned. There were stains on the coffee table, bedsheets etc. Toilets had a stale smell. To my horror, i used the soap provided in the bathroom and was so disgusted as it smelled like drain water!! We couldnt use it so we had to buy our own for the 2 nights stay. I had booked the apartment for 5 pax but only 4 towels were given - which were low quality type. No bathroom mats were given. Bathroom had wet and dry area. But while showering, the water will start ponding and will get into the dry area, which makes the entire bathroom wet.

Saya order kamar buat keluarga 4 orang harga yang ditawarkan IDR 796.774 setelah pajak menjadi IDR 1.304.202 setelah uang ditransfer terbit Etiket, dpt ko firmaai dari pihak apartemen bahwa cek ini jam 4 PM, karena kami masih jalan maka kami info akan cek in telat , jam 18.43 kami sudah di apartemen dan minta kunci dari pihak apartemen, katanya disuruh transfer deposit RM 300, sementara saya tidak pakai.kartu kredit dan tidak punya bank Malaysia, namun tetap.di paksa utk deposit, saya minta org yg bertanggung jawab utk datang di apartemen supaya saya bisa bayar cash namun tetap di suruh transfer, padahal saya org asing Indonesia dan tidak punya account bank malaysia, kami menunggu sampai 30 menit sudah kecapekan jalan harap2 langsung istirahat ternyata dibuat stress, dan akhirnya saya memutuskan utk cari hotel lain, saya menghubungi tiket.com juga tidak berhasil, dan sampai saya menulis komentar ini uang saya belum kembali, padahal unit apartemen itu tidak bisa kami pakai, pesan saya berhati2 utk pesan hotel online apalagi apartemen yg dipesan melalui agen, jangan sampai kejadian ini terjadi lagi, uang saya lenyap dan tidak tahu harus minta kembali ke siapa, saya merasa ditipu, becarful I feel scammed.
