Art Deco Luxury Apartment, Central Location

Before you settle in and get comfortable, we would like to make you aware of the House Rules in place at our vacation rental. Understanding and complying with our house rules will make for a comfortable and fun stay for everybody!

Check-in: after 15:00, Check-out: before 11:00

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment although guests may do so on the balcony.

Airport transfers to and from the apartment are available on request.

This property is located inside a residential complex. Guests are kindly requested to keep noise levels down between 10:00pm and 9:00am. Strictly no parties or events are allowed inside the property. The security deposit will be fully charged and the rental will be terminated if any nuisance is caused to neighbours or if a sign of party is reported. This rule also applies to common areas such as the lobby.

Any use of drugs, weeds, marijuana, etc is strictly prohibited.


An initial supply of dishwashing tablets, toilet paper, hand-washing soap and garbage bags are provided upon check in. These are not replenished during the stay so guests are expected to purchase additional supplies if they run out.

The cleaning fee covers basic cleaning service of the property and the laundry. Upon check-out, guests are expected to leave the apartment in a decent state. Extra cleaning fees may apply for the following conditions:
- Dirty dishes, crockery, etc are left in the kitchen or dining area
- Carpet or Furniture Stains
- More than 1 full bag of garbage is left inside the property
- Furniture has been moved around

Damages: Accidents may happen and it is not a problem, we'll work it out. Just inform us as soon as possible.

Listed Prices include 25 Kwh of electricity per day which is more than enough for normal use of the apartment. Any excess electricity consumption is charged at €0.30c/Kwh. If guests turn off lights and air-conditioning when not inside the property the free electricity allowance will not be exceeded.

Only the number of guests on the Confirmed Booking can stay at our house. We need to be informed in advance of any additional guests and/or visitors. In the event that additional persons are found sleeping in the property, we may terminate the rental and charge money against the security deposit.

A €35 fee applies for check-ins after 9:00pm
