The property was just as can be seen in the pictures. Absolutely stunning and felt very Moroccan because of the architecture etc. The staff were very helpful and the swimming pool + spa services were brilliant. The location was the best part as it was 5 minutes walk from most major landmarks and tour starting points. 10/10 experience. Oh and the breakfast services were amazing because there were lotsss of options!

While searching for a place to stay in Marrakech, I was recommended to book a riad in the Medina and found this beautiful riad and it turned out to be the best decision ever. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect the service, the welcoming tea and cookies, the staff, the beautiful décor, and the peaceful atmosphere. Every detail felt thoughtfully done and I truly wouldn’t want it any other way. Breakfast was exceptional and one of the highlights of the stay. It was fresh, generous, and beautifully served such a great way to start each day. The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of the Medina. We were within walking distance to shops, restaurants and everything we needed, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond, even coordinating our taxi pickup and drop off and ensuring we were dropped off at the correct taxi area. The level of care and attention made everything completely seamless. Overall, it was safe and a perfect stay with perfect service in a perfect setting. I can’t wait to go back. Thank you for a great vacation.

Loved this place. A big property behind a small door. Great service, perfect location. Close to Henna Art Studio and Dardar restaurant, both good options. The family room was lovely. Wish they had more surfaces to put our things on rather than the floor, and could use more hooks.

The staff at the Palais Moulay were extremely accommodating. My son left his wallet in a taxi. The front desk managed to track it down and we were able to retrieve it in tact. Everyone was so very friendly. Excellent experience.

Geweldig hotel midden in de medina, super veilige omgeving met alles in de buurt. Alles is top verzorgd in het hotel. Het eten is geweldig, personeel super behulpzaam! Het zwembad is een oase van rust, een setting van een oud Arabisch sprookje. Dit was mijn 2e bezoek. Als ik weer naar Marrakesh ga dan ga ik zeker terug naar dit hotel.

Riad très beau (architecture soignée typique marocaine) et bien situé dans la medina. Les parties communes, le restaurant, la grande piscine (pour un riad) sont très agréables et paisibles. Le confort des chambres et correct : literie confortable mais aménagement un spartiate (manque armoires et étagères). Ne pas oublier quil s'agit d'un riad : les bruits ambiants sont audibles depuis la chambre mais ne nous ont pas vraiment dérangé. Le personnel est attentionné et sympathique. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Merci

This hotel is right in the heart of the Medina, which was so convenient. But it was so safe, so clean, and the staff was so helpful. Having the restaurant attached to the hotel was very convenient, and the buffet breakfast was incredible. I highly recommend this hotel!

Simple rooms in a beautiful setting, great location close to the square but on an easy to find street. Staff were fantastic, breakfast had plenty of choice and was routinely stocked, all items having been prepared and made on site, you can see them making/baking as you pass throughout the day. Even though there are limited sunbeds for the number of guests, people are out exploring at differing times so it is easy enough to get a spot to chill. Had a lovely hammam and massage experience too. Great trip.

This hotel was incredible! What stood out is the staff. There was always someone around willing and able to help. They were very attentive. We organized the hotel transfer and they helped us with the bags, highly recommend. The rooms were spacious and clean and the pool was fantastic. Loved the restaurant as well!! Such a great time here I would return!

Great riad. The staff was so helpful from check in to check out. They were knowledgeable of the area, and even ensured our safety by walking us to and from the main road and arranged taxis and excursions for us. The room was nice and cozy with basic amenities. The onsite restaurant was good, both upstairs and poolside. If I return to Marrakech, I'd definitely stay here again.
