Strictly a residential place, NO parties/events shall take place in the room. A penalty of P2,000.00 per occurrence or a forced eviction will be imposed should ANY complaint of excessive noise due to loud gathering and/or partying will be raised.
STRICTLY NO COOKING in the unit as the smell of food will stick to the walls and furniture. A penalty of P1,000.00 per day will AUTOMATICALLY be charged to the guests' security deposit, regardless.
