Refundable Security Deposit:
- Guests are required to pay a refundable security deposit, to be used to cover their actual electricity consumption during their stay, and for any loss or damage of property.
- Any remaining balance will be refunded within 5 days after guest checks out, via Airbnb, or to their Gcash acct
- The security deposit is 8K pesos for a month's stay. This shall be paid in cash to host on check in.
- This is because, unlike in my Airbnb, Agoda provides zero financial or damage protection program for property damage by guests.

Electric bill:
- Due to irresponsible use of electricity of some past guests resulting to high electric bills, guests shall now pay for their use of electricity. The amount shall be deducted from the security deposit.
- For short term guests (15 -30 nights stay) = Electric meter reading is done on check in & check out day, and electric bill shall be paid after check out.
- For long term guests (more then a month & up) = Electric meter reading is done on check in day and every 29th of the month, and electric bill shall be paid every end of the month. And last bill shall be paid after check out day
- Per kw is 14 pesos,

Swimming Pool & Gym:
- Guests who shall stay for 28 nights up and are willing to sign a contract, may sign a Contract of Lease form, to be able to use the gym and pools for free. And also to be able to accept limited number of visitors.
- For short term guests, there is a fee of 150 - 250 pesos per use of the swimming pools, and no access to the gym.

Number of Guests:
- Max of 3 guests are allowed to use and sleep in the condo unit, with additional 3K for the 3rd guest, and their names should appear in the Guest Authorization Form or Tenant Info Sheet, for them to be able to enter the building.
- Visitors are not allowed to sleep over or stay overnight.

Please be careful when using the appliances and everything in the condo, as damages or loss of items in the unit will be deducted from your security deposit.

Pets, smoking and parties / gatherings are not allowed inside the condo unit.

Guests who plan to check in late ( between 9pm to 1pm next day) shall pay an additional 500 pesos in cash, upon checking in. Because check in is only from 3pm to 9pm of same day.

There is a fee of 500 pesos for guests who want to view the unit in person, before booking. As host shall be coming from the province.
