ROOM POLICIES
• Late checkout need to request to manager first and we will charge the additional.
(1000p until 6pm, automatically counted as extend of you will check out over 7pm.)
• Smoking is not allowed (only in the balcony)
• Partying is not allowed
• No pets allowed
• NO PARKING AVAILABLE
• Housekeeping available EVERY 3-5 DAYS.
(Change towels, clean the room, change bed sheet and pillow case, throw garbage, clean toilet, refill water in the fridge and put rolls of toilet tissue)
• For MONTHLY TENANT housekeeping is free once a week only
• Garbage need to throw in the garbage bin. There’s garbage bin along the hall way. PLEASE DON’T PUT YOUR GARBAGE OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR!!
• Swimming Pool is open at 7am to 10pm ( located at 7th floor), same as the gym
( need to pay PHP150 pesos per head upon using POOL and GYM.)
• All the things and appliances are free to use but once you break it you need to pay for the repair which will be deducted on your deposit
• SERVICE TIME IS 10:00 AM TO 7:00 PM ONLY
• CHECK OUT TIME is STRICTLY on or before 12:00 PM ONLY
• CHECK IN TIME is STRICTLY on or after 2:00 PM ONLY
• We don’t have 24 hours service

MOSTLY, NO ILLEGAL DRUGS ALLOWED!! If we caught you having drugs, using drugs or selling illegal drugs in our premises, we will report you to the nearest police station and we will forcefully ask you to move out!
