Please note that a prepayment of 40% of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and the remaining 60% will be charged 30 days before check-in. Please note that guests staying during July and August are required to pay the remaining 60% deposit up to 60 days before arrival day.This payment is made by bank transfer or by credit card details. Villa de la Plage will contact guests with further information.For stays longer than 7 days, mandatory cleaning fees of 420 EUR per week will be charged by the owner.Pool heating costs 280 EUR per week.Please note for early check in before 17:00, there will be a supplement of 300 EUR, as well as late check out after 10:00, upon request.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
