When making a reservation, you will need to provide the phone number you can contact at the time of booking. Accommodation information will be sent to the email you registered at the time of booking. Information about check-in and amenities/service will be sent to the phone number provided by the guest (if you have not received a message, please check the email and call us for the accommodation contact information). If you are expecting to arrive after 7:00 PM (KST), please contact us directly at the accommodation before arrival. There will be an additional charge when using the amenities/services of the accommodation such as spa, barbecue facility, and spa. The availability of accommodation amenities/services may vary depending on the weather conditions or circumstances related to the accommodation. Whether or not all special requests are reflected is subject to circumstances. All children and infants will be considered adults at the time of headcounting. Check-in may be denied if the number of guests is greater than the number of people booked at check-in. The minimum age available for stay is 19 years if not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. This is a non-smoking area.
