All reservations include all running water consumption free of charge.Please note that €50 of electricity consumption per reservation and, in winter season and if the property has it, €50 of non-electric consumption (oil, gas or propane heating). All properties have interior or exterior meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. Additional usage will be charged separately, the price of additional consumption is €0.35/kWh.This house has air conditioning in the living room and in three of the four bedrooms, it will be possible to provide the clients with the fans they need for the other bedroom. It also has central heating.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
