The name on the reservation must correspond to the person staying at the property. Third-party bookings are not accepted.The reservation holder must be present at check-in and must personally stay at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.All guests must present valid physical identification documents upon arrival. The reservation holder may also be required to present a valid credit card.For security and guest registration compliance, keys will only be handed over directly to the reservation holder.
