City Tax

For all guest bookings with period of stay from November 1st 2012 onwards, a city tax must be paid directly to the hotel during check out for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

5* Hotel: A city tax of 2.50 per person per night in Barcelona and Catalonia;
4* Hotel: A city tax of 1.25 Euro per person per night in Barcelona (1 Euro in Catalonia);
Rest of Hotels & Apartments: A city tax of 0.75 Euros per person, per night in Barcelona (0.50 Euros in Catalonia).

This is an additional charge and it is NOT INCLUDED in the room rate.

Payment for the booking must be made at check in, either in cash or by credit card.A deposit of EUR 300 per apartment is also payable by credit card at check in. This will be returned 48 hours after check out once the condition of the apartment has been checked.Please note that key collection takes place at Roses.NEt & Ona Tours Viatges, located at carrer Tirso de Molina Nº1, 17480.Opening hours are as follows:Monday - Friday from: 9:00 to 21:00Saturday from: 10:00 to 13:00.If you expect to arrive after 20:00, please inform the property in advance using the contact telephone number found on your booking confirmation.Bed linen and towels are included.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
