We absolutely had a wonderful vacation when we visited Nuwaraeliya and stayed at Blackpool for four people together with our young children. When compared to our previous visits in Nuwaraeliya, we had a great time. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. There was an English and Sri Lankan menu as well as a tasty meal. The restaurant staff and especially the chef were prepared to prepare and serve what was the highest quality we needed. Every convenience was present in the tidy, spotless room. We appreciate you all for making our trip wonderful, and we can advise Blackpool to anyone looking to have a wonderful stay in Nuwaraeliya.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful. The view is great. And then the service is very special.

Our stay at this hotel was very good, and the service was so accommodating, especially the staff that was so warm and always provided the best service. The room size was big and neat.

The bed room was also very comfortable with clean linen. I recommend blackpool hotel as a place to spend the holiday. The staff was really friendly and took care of our needs. There was no disappointment and we had a wonderful vacation, taking care of our relaxation. They served us delicious specialties and often treat us with new delicious dishes. And, the room was clean and comfortable.

I recently spent three nights at the Blackpool, and it was the most comfortable, enjoyable, and relaxing holiday I have had in a long time. The staff was so attentive and polite, and at every turn, they were only concerned with the comfort of the guests. It was nice to see that each and every staff member did their job with pride and a big smile on their face. We are already planning our second trip to this hotel, and we will always stay at the Blackpool. Highly recommend this hotel.
